Flowing Breath
Flowing Breath
Flowing Breath is a unique yoga class that combines breath work with traditional yoga postures to create a holistic mind-body experience set in a warm 98-100 degree room. This class is designed to help you deepen your breath, release tension, and find a sense of calm and balance. Here's what you can expect from our Flowing Breath yoga class:
Breath work: Each class will begin with a breath work practice to help you focus on your breath and quiet your mind. You'll learn techniques to improve your breathing habits and increase your lung capacity.
Flowing yoga postures: After the breath work practice, we'll move into a flowing yoga sequence that combines fluid movements with breath awareness. Each posture will be linked to an inhale or exhale, allowing you to deepen your breath and connect with your body.
Restorative postures: We'll end the class with a series of restorative postures to help you relax and release any tension in your body. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and centered.
Suitable for all levels: This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced students. Modifications will be provided to help you find the right level of intensity for your body.

WHY 108 SUN SALUTATIONS???
Simply completing one set of Sun Salutations floods the nervous system with solar energy, both balancing emotions and increasing higher cerebral activity. But why 108? In the Yogic tradition, 108 is a sacred number.
This practice is linked to the Hindu belief that 108 is a sacred number: there are 108 Upanishads (Hindu spiritual texts), 108 names for Hindu deities, 108 sacred points on the body (marma points), and 108 sacred sites in India (pithas), AND…the distance between the sun and the earth is 108 times the sun’s diameter
Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe specifically when nature is undergoing a change. And coupled with this change in nature, yogis can start once again, fresh, renewed and inspired.
Lastly, you can burn up to 1500 calories! 108 sun salutation can be seen as an aerobic workout if you can sync the breath with the postures and follow a fast pace.
Please note this class will be approximately 2 hours in length.
TIPS:
Hydrate throughout the practice.
Take breaks if you need-every Sun Salutation that you complete, you’re moving with an intention, whether that’s a word, a phrase, or just a feeling.

Partner yoga is a practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances posture and builds trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment.
This class is in a warm 90-95 degree setting.

"Let go and open to life" was inspired by summers variety of fresh, citrus essential oils and their scents. The crisp and uplifting citrus aromas combined with the circular energy movement of this practice are the perfect fit for a seasonal summer vinyasa flow.
This class focuses on side-body lengthening and healthy function of the Kidneys. Combined with the uplifting qualities of citrus oils, this practice creates a powerful antidote to our linear world, helps to remove blinders and opens peripheral vision.
Breathe in citrus, exhale into the panoramic view of the body!
