Ideal for the beginner who would like for us to check their alignment to make sure that they are doing the poses safely and effectively for their body.
For the Yogi who may have just had surgery or an injury and need for us to show you how to safely modify certain poses.
Or, maybe you are trying to achieve that one pose and just need a little extra one on one help to be able to achieve it!

We are able to offer private lessons in our studio during off class hours as well as virtuality on zoom from the comfort of your own space!
Once you purchase a private below we will be able to schedule your private with one of our staff, as soon as payment is received we will reach out via text/email to get you on the schedule.
