Doors open 5-15 minutes before class begins (unless otherwise noted on class description)
Anyone who is 10 minutes late to class will not be able to practice for safety reasons
doors lock when class is scheduled to begin
Yoga mats must be used in every class.
All of our classes may have the use of scents (essential oils, smudging etc)
We use a variety of lighting in our classes (candlelit, regular, black light, etc.) at our instructor's discretion

Gentle Yoga - Pre and Post Natal welcome
This gentle flow is 60 minute yoga class is good for exploring awareness in the body, and basic yoga philosophy in an ambient temperature room (80-87 degrees). It is excellent for working on alignment, utilizing various props including blocks, bolsters, straps, yoga balls, chairs and wall for added comfort. Classes are designed to safely support all bodies, providing gentle stretching, strengthening, restoration and deep relaxation techniques.
Hot and Gentle
Hot Gentle Yoga is a great gentle yoga class set in a cozy 105ish degree setting. An amazing class for beginners or for the experienced yogi who is wanting to slow down, recenter and align their Body, Mind and Spirit.
Hot Flow
A 60 minute hot Vinyasa yoga class set in a 105 degree setting that is flowing the postures together while maintaining a focus on form!
Hot Good Vibes Flow
Energize your practice with a feel-good uplifting flow that will leave you feeling ready to take on anything your day has to offer. Realign your mind and brighten your shine with a mix of mindfulness, pranayama, standing, and seated postures to ignite good vibes into your morning routine.

A great 60 minute yoga class set in a hot 105 degree setting. You will work on alignment and form while beginning to flow postures together. (Sunday 3:00pm class doors lock at 3:00)
Hot Yoga Sculpt
In this 60 minute Hot Yoga Sculpt class set in a 105 degree setting you will flow postures together with the use of additional isometric movements and added weight and body weight for a full body toning yoga workout!
Sunrise Hot Flow
Sunrise Hot Flow is a great 60 minute 5:30am yoga class set in a hot 105 degree setting. Working on alignment and form while flowing empowering postures together. Start your day with some sunrise Flow! Doors open at 5:25am and will lock when class is scheduled to begin.

Toasty Gentle
A gentle yoga flow with plenty of instruction in a toasty one hundred degree room.
Warm and Gentle
A great 60 or 75 minute gentle yoga class set in a cozy 98 degree setting. An amazing class for beginners or for the experienced yogi who is wanting to slow down, recenter and align their practice.
Warm Guided Meditation with Deep Stretch
in this 60 minute warm Guided Meditation class with Deep Stretch, starting with a deep stretch to relax your body and prepare yourself to experience a lovely guided meditation to renew and reset! You will replenish and re-energize the whole mind, body and soul. - Space is Limited to 10 students.
(Please still bring a yoga mat to meditate on. You may also bring additional blankets and pillows if you wish)
Baby and Me Postnatal Yoga
This class is ideal for adults and babies 5 weeks old to not quite crawling. We will focus on strengthening the physical, emotional and spiritual connection with self, baby and community. Classes are designed to engage and interact with baby assisting in motor development while also helping to restore caregiver after the process of birth. Classes include infant massage techniques and various exercises that will increase bonding with baby plus the application of restorative yoga will help relieve stress, physically and mentally.
-All caregivers are welcome + 1 baby.
-Props are provided but please feel free to bring any extra cushions or blankets to help set up baby comfortably next to you during class.
-A couple of toys are optional.
-Please bring water and anything else you may need to care for you and your baby.
